Digital Coordinator
Elected by students in the FSU Advertising Club, I served as the digital coordinator on the executive board from January 2017-February 2018. This club is one of the largest collegiate chapters of the American Advertising Federation in the nation, with over 100 active members each year.
In my role I was required to attend and speak at meetings while providing entertaining and informative digital presentations.
As a member of the executive board we all had to research and contact agencies in the chosen city of our networking trip – this included in New York City and Chicago. We led over 40 students to and form each agency and the hotel.
Social Media
My responsibilities included managing the social media accounts: Instagram, Twitters and Facebook Group Page. I was responsible for designing graphics for social media to promote meetings, trips, social events and more.
New York Itinerary
During Fall 2018 I compiled all of the necessary information for the annual New York Trip into one packet to be used by all attendees. This included directions, daily agendas, room assignments and more. View the packet here.
Chicago Itinerary
The spring trip is voted on by the entire Advertising Club and was our first trip to plan as a new executive board. This packet included directions, daily agendas, room assignments and more. View the packet here.
Merchandise
As an executive board we decided to stop changing the logo with each new Digital Coordinator and instead agreed on sticking to one logo for consistent branding. I updated the colors of the last logo to Florida State University colors to align with the college.
This logo was applied to merchandise/swag that the Ad Club members can receive based on the points system.
This included a T-shirt, sticker and cup.
